Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Toss with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and smoked paprika. Spread in a single layer on baking sheets.

Bake sweet potato rounds 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10 minutes until edges are crispy.

Meanwhile, cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up, for 6-7 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook 1 more minute.
