Brew 1 cup of strong coffee (espresso or double-strength drip) and refrigerate until completely chilled, or use cold brew concentrate.

Add the chilled coffee, almond milk, protein powder, frozen cauliflower rice, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, caramel extract, and sea salt to a high-speed blender.
