  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese

  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 whole large eggs
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with paper towels.

    Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4-inch planks. Lay on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and let sit 15 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground turkey with diced onion and garlic, breaking it up, until browned (7-8 minutes). Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
