Where do the nutrition numbers come from?+
From a food catalog built on trusted sources (NEVO, USDA, Open Food Facts) that self-corrects: every scan, correction and log makes the data more accurate for everyone. Numbers are sanity-checked against the energy in the macros, so you don't get the nonsense values other trackers ship.
How fast is logging, really?+
