1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tastyer mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tastyer is a recipe transformation application that allows you to:

• Paste a recipe URL to receive a healthier version with macro comparisons
• View ingredient swap highlights and nutritional information
• Save recipes to your personal library
• Build grocery lists from your saved recipes
• Participate in nutrition quizzes and challenges

3. AI-Generated Content

Tastyer uses artificial intelligence to generate healthier recipe alternatives. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional nutritional or medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated nutritional information, macro calculations, or recipe modifications.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

Original recipe content is sourced from third-party websites. Tastyer stores only ingredient lists and links back to original sources for cooking instructions. The healthier recipe transformations generated by our AI are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and image providers (Pexels, Wikipedia). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tastyer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to dietary decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
